OUR STORY

CARE BUILT ON LIVED EXPERIENCE

Our journey began not in a boardroom, but with family. In 2020, we launched our sister company, Planet Possible, driven by a straightforward mission: to support the neurodiverse individuals in our lives and our local community.

As our family and community grew, our services evolved naturally alongside them. Planet Oasis was born from this exact need — created specifically to guide and empower young people aged 12 to 35 years as they take their next big step into Supported Independent Living.

We provide more than care. We provide a home, a team that becomes family, and a launchpad to the most independent life possible.
